doritos & burger king

We were brought in to flame grill a Doritos billboard, with a Burger King restaurant in the background. Clearly there were some technical challenges with respect to safety, but also because we wanted the billboard to burn slowly, with the logo burning last. My team was assembled that included; London’s Burning fire SFX, the most illustrious riggers, poster printers, Harry Potter H&SE officer, and the usual production fluffing you’d expect.

Ickle Pickles

As part of our ongoing commitment to helping great causes wherever we can, this charity piece was shot for Ickle Pickles at cost. The crew gave their time for free and all the kids are Ickle Pickles. A great day and a fun shoot, we even managed to get Lord Winston to provide the voice over and Elbow to let us use their music track. Directed by Lucas Harding, DOP Chris Clark.

Ellie Golding

It’s not every day that you get to shoot simple but effective idents with one of the UK’s most recognisable pop singers. For a German TV channel. With an Anglo-German crew. The teams gelled well and the shoot went exceptionally smoothly. Wunderbar.

Advertising seems to be changing, and we are finding that social media seems to be getting a larger share of the budgets. We created a crop circle for Walkers, which turned out to be the largest billboard ever made, breaking the world record, as well as the largest crop circle ever in a potato field. Never thought I’d be the worlds leading expert in something, or a record holder…
